Choose “Comma” as the delimiter and make sure the “My data has headers” checkbox is selected.
In the “Text Import Wizard” dialog box, select “Delimited” as the file type and click “Next”.
In the “Import Data” dialog box, locate and select the CSV file you downloaded from Simplifi and click “Import”.
Click on the “Data” tab in the top menu and select “From Text/CSV” in the “Get & Transform Data” section.
Open Microsoft Excel and create a new workbook.

Click the Filter Icon, which you can find next to the search bar.
Select Account, then click a checkmark next to each account you’d like to export.
To download Simplifi transactions from multiple accounts:
Click the download arrow in the upper right.
Click a checkmark to the left of each transaction to export.
Hover over the left panel and click “ Transactions”.
While you can’t download full reports from Simplifi, you can export transactions associated with that report.
Instead, you can export a month of data at a time by filtering out all other months.
Unfortunately, you can’t filter Simplifi transactions to a specific date range.
You can filter transactions by selecting the Filter Icon next to the search bar.
Splits, Tags, and Notes are not exported with transactional information.
Transactions can only be downloaded via Simplifi web.
Things to know about exporting Simplifi transactions: Simplifi makes it simple to export your transactions as a CSV file, which can easily be imported into Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
